Throughout the project period, all expenditure in connection with the project must be documented. Original receipts must be kept for up to 10 years after the end of the project.Beneficiaries are obliged to explain the implementation of their project in a final report. This must be submitted to Movetia 60 days after the end of the project.Receipts must be submitted with the final report. They should prove the following:
- Number of participants
- Duration of the individual project activities
- Nature of project activities
- Course costs (if applied for)
An interim report should be submitted only if this is stipulated in the funding agreement.
