Is cooperation with European partners in the field of digitalisation a matter of interest to you? Would you like to take a look at teaching practice by means of new media at a partner school? For the more spontaneous among you, the opportunity has now arisen to put your name down to attend the Contact Seminar in Tallinn from 17th - 20th September 2017. The seminar is being organised by the national agency in Estonia and is intended to enable schools and other educational institutions to search for partners interested in cooperating and an exchange around the subject of information technologies in education.
As the programme of activities of the EDK (Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education) shows, incorporating information and communication technologies (ICTs) into school education is currently on the political agenda of the Confederation and cantons. At the same time, demand for suitably trained teachers, who are key players in the promotion of digitalisation, is becoming more apparent.
The range of funding initiatives of the European education programme Erasmus+ offers an opportunity to take up the new challenges of digitalisation in school education. Whether through job shadowing at partner schools or cooperation projects with European specialist institutions, Movetia promotes and supports international exchanges for the further development of the Swiss educational system within the framework of mobility and cooperation projects.
